2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account on www204 and to participate in any Real Money Play. 2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
2.5 KYC Verification. All Accounts are subject to KYC verification as required by PAGCOR. You agree to provide any documentation requested by www204 for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on Account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify www204 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. www204 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your www204 Account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
3.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. www204 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. www204 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit card, and bank transfer through InstaPay to all major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. www204 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing time applicable to the selected payment method.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your Account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed immediately. Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed same-day during banking hours.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. www204 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required verification is complete.
4.5 Segregated Funds. All Player funds deposited with www204 are held in accounts segregated from www204's operational funds. This ensures that Player balances are available for withdrawal at all times, independent of www204's financial position.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on www204 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). www204 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.
5.1 General. www204 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. www204 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived therefrom if the applicable wagering requirements are not met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. www204 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. www204 reserves the right to limit or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
6.1 Game Availability. www204 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games may vary based on your location and applicable regulations.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 6.4 Disconnection Policy. If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. www204 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet connection or device.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on www204 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Account balance:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the www204 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and user interface elements, is the property of www204 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. www204 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
9.1 No Warranty. The www204 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. www204 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www204 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall www204's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. www204 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
10.1 Commitment. www204 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time.

11.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by www204 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your www204 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method prior to closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
